This course is designed for people who want to answer business questions with data. We will be using Bigquery and SQL (Structured Query Language) as our primary data warehouse to access and analyze the data stored in the database.
SQL is a powerful tool and is easy to get started with. It also helps you generate compelling reports. It is used by big and small companies alike to tackle challenging analytics problems and answer questions to improve business processes, operations and sales ROI.

SQL Project - Build Customer Analytics Records showing customer profiles used in Customer Segmentation and Predictive Modelling (eg: demographics, purchasing behavior and custom segmentation).

Example dataset includes basic customer profiles, point-of-sale data, & inventory data from an e-commerce store.
This online training will be conducted over Zoom video conferencing.
This training consists of lectures and hands-on exercises.
Participants are required to actively engage with the hands-on component.
Training Methodology
Kwan Huey Yin has 10 years of experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and data analysis with clients spanning various industries. Clients she has worked with include MSIG, Tune Hotels, L’Oreal, Hermo, L’Occitane, FashionValet, UNIQLO, Club21, Kakitangan.com, BonusLink, Zurich, DoctorOnCall, UNICEF Children4Change, The Body Shop and TheRakyatPost. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Google Analytics auditing, Google Analytics advanced implementation, Google Analytics training, digital media buying campaign insights, reporting & recommendations.
Huey Yin graduated with a Degree in Computer Science and Statistics and is a Google Analytics and Google Ads Certified Individual. She is skilled technically in coding, troubleshooting and analysis including driving SQL analysis on marketing datasets. She currently leads a team of JavaScript developers and marketing data analysts that cover Web Tracking Audits, Advanced Tracking Implementations and Advanced Custom Reports with Analysis, Dashboarding and Automation.
